This renovation project transforms a 3,561-square-foot former restaurant—originally built in 1816—into a modern, professional office space for Resolute Wealth Planning. Rich in history and layered with multiple renovations over the centuries, the building is entering a bold new chapter while preserving its enduring legacy.
The renovation reimagines the existing structure with a fresh, contemporary design approach. The exterior will be updated with a new covered entry, moody finishes, warm wood accents, and architectural lighting to create a strong street presence and inviting first impression. Inside, the building is reconfigured to support modern workplace needs while maintaining the character of the original structure.
The second floor will house two distinct office suites, one being the new location of Elev8 Architecture, allowing the design team to bring their vision to life within their own creative space. Blending old and new, the project reflects a commitment to thoughtful transformation—respecting the past while designing for the future.
