Project: Peak Haus

Perched atop the summit of Powder Mountain, Peak Haus is the ultimate alpine retreat—an architecturally striking, ski-in/ski-out custom home that redefines luxury at elevation. Designed to echo the raw beauty of Utah’s most iconic peak, the home’s sculptural form is clad in refined stone tile and exposed CLT (cross-laminated timber), creating a bold yet warm silhouette that nestles seamlessly into the landscape. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls open to sweeping views of the Wasatch Range, allowing the rhythm of snow, sky, and sun to animate every interior space.

Spread across multiple levels, each tier of Peak Haus offers a distinct sense of place, united by uncompromising comfort and a soft, modern Scandinavian aesthetic. Clean lines, pale wood tones, and tactile finishes evoke calm and clarity, while private hot tubs on every level invite restorative moments against a backdrop of alpine grandeur. Inside, Nordic minimalism meets mountain warmth with natural textures, custom lighting, and thoughtfully curated furnishings. A ski-in/ski-out gear room ensures effortless transitions between slope and sanctuary, while expansive great rooms and intimate retreats encourage both connection and solitude.

An integrated, fully private ADU expands the home’s versatility, offering a luxurious, self-contained space for guests, caretakers, or extended family. Sustainability is core to the home’s design, with passive solar orientation, high-efficiency systems, and durable, low-impact materials tailored to the alpine environment. Peak Haus is not just a residence—it’s the pinnacle of refined mountain living, blending modern design, thoughtful hospitality, and unmatched access to the best ski terrain in Utah
